Healthwatch Salford is recruiting Non-Executive Directors and Trustees (Voluntary)
Are you someone with a passion for making things better? Do you think you could make a positive contribution to leading an organisation representing the people of Salford in shaping how health and social care services are delivered in the City?
Healthwatch Salford is a champion for health & social care in England. We give children, young people and adults a powerful voice – making sure their views and experiences are heard by those who run, plan and regulate health & social care in Salford.
Please join our dynamic board of Non-Executives/Trustees if you have the skills to lead and manage this organisation in becoming an integral part of the community and the health and social care infrastructure. We want to hear from people with the following management skills and experience; business, financial and accounting, governance, people and communities, monitoring and evaluating performance.
Knowledge of working within or managing a social enterprise would also be welcomed.
Candidates will be interviewed by a panel comprising of current Non-Executives/Trustees. Training and support will be provided for the successful candidates.
Applicants should either:
• Live in the City of Salford, or
• Use health and social care services in Salford, or
• Do paid or unpaid work in Salford
