Introducing Ali: our new Engagement Officer

We are delighted to welcome Ali Macleod to Healthwatch Salford as our new Engagement Officer.

Ali joins the Healthwatch Salford team following 15 years working for the National Childbirth Trust.

She will be working alongside Mark Lupton with the aim of creating more opportunities for local people to share their views and experiences on health and social care services.

Ali will have a range of projects that she will be leading on - including working with wheelchair users from across the city to understand how accessibility can be improved in Salford.

I was ready for a new challenge and working for Healthwatch Salford seemed the perfect opportunity to make a real difference. I’m looking forward to getting started and hopefully making services better for the people of Salford!
