How was your appointment? GP Project 2022

Following feedback received from the public, we want to understand a bit more about patients’ experiences with Salford based GP services (Doctors, Nurses etc) over the last 18 months.

We want you to tell us in your own words, how using these services has been for you.  Tell us the things that have been good, the things you feel could have been better and share your ideas for improving overall patient experience.

You can get involved in in one of the following ways:

Complete a short survey

  • Online – visit www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/GP2022
  • On paper – pick up a paper copy of the survey from your nearest library and post for free back to us
  • Over the phone – give us a call in the office on 0330 355 0300 and we can go through the questions with you (or call you back when it’s convenient)

Host a focus group

  • If you are part of a community group and would like us to come along and listen to your members feedback about GP services, get in touch: info@healthwatchsalford.co.uk

Speak to us in person

  • We will be out and about in the community at our next run of library listening events 10am – 1pm:
    • Eccles library – 25th April & 30th May
    • Walkden library – 26th April & 31st May
    • Broughton library – 27th April & 25th May
    • Swinton library – 28th April & 26th May
    • Pendleton library – 29th April & 27th May
