Salford City Council are working together with our local health and wellbeing board to better understand your views and needs around local pharmacy services in the community.

The assessment is conducted every 3 years and helps NHS England and NHS Improvement to collate a broad range of views to shape and inform how pharmaceutical needs and services can be improved for the future.

For residents who do not have internet access or require assistance to complete the online application form, they can visit their local library or gateway center where staff will be able to help. You can find your nearest center here: www.salford.gov.uk/gateways
