Since Dr Loomba retired in August 2022, patients registered with Walkden Gateway Medical Practice have been temporarily looked after by The Gill Medical Practice.

A decision is now needed for the long-term future of the practice, and our patients’ views are important to us.

The options are:

  • Find a new owner to take over Walkden Gateway Medical Practice
  • Close Walkden Gateway Medical Practice and ask patients to re-register at another GP practice of their choice
