Here at Healthwatch Salford, we're proud to have achieved 'Supporter' status for Greater Manchester's Good Employment Charter.

If you're referred to hospital or other NHS premises for specialist NHS treatment or diagnostic tests by a doctor, dentist or another primary care health professional, you may be able to claim a refund of reasonable travel costs under the Healthcare Travel Costs Scheme (HTCS).

This project looked at the home care service provided in Salford, ie the provision of care workers providing care for people who receive support in their own home. There are a number of home care agencies commissioned to deliver this service across Salford.
