Healthwatch Salford was commissioned by Salford Together to conduct a series of listening engagement sessions with frontline staff involved in the delivery of homecare services.
This report was produced at the request of users of mental health services in Salford and the project was designed to address barriers to mental health services that have been expressed to Healthwatch Salford over a period of time.
This report looks at small scale, in depth patient feedback. Seven people across the range of services were interviewed by a Healthwatch Engagement Worker about their experience of using the intermediate care services.
This project was run in 2015 and aimed to look into children and young adults mental health and wellbeing in Salford, with the findings then being shared with local commissioners and service providers.
